Information stored by the marketplace
HStockHub stores your name, email address, password hash, store and product information, wallet activity, payment references, orders, delivery contents, and order messages. Seller applicants also provide country, Telegram ID, document type, identity-document images, store logo, and store banner for moderation. Login and setup protections temporarily record hashed network identifiers and attempt counts.
How information is used
This information enables sign-in, payments, delivery, seller support, moderation, and accounting. Your store name, store description, and approved listings are public. Order delivery and messages are restricted to the buyer, seller, and marketplace administration. Seller identity-document images are kept in protected server storage and are available only to marketplace administration for seller review.
Cookies and storage
The site uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and request protection. The supplied application does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Delivery contents are encrypted at rest; passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
Visitor notifications
When enabled, the operator receives Telegram alerts about likely human visits after browser interaction. Alerts contain the public page path, time, and an anonymous session identifier; they do not contain your name, email, full IP address, or query parameters. Telegram processes the alert for delivery. Browser automation signals and short-lived, hashed network rate limits help reduce bots and repeated alerts. These checks cannot establish a visitor’s identity or guarantee human activity.
Retention and requests
Order and financial records are retained for marketplace operation and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request access, corrections, or deletion, or to ask about retention. Some records may need to remain where required for unresolved orders or applicable obligations.
