Effective October 27, 2026. These terms describe the marketplace workflow and the responsibilities of buyers and sellers.
Using HStockHub
HStockHub connects independent sellers with buyers of digital products and services. Product descriptions and delivery obligations belong to the listing seller. Third-party trademarks identify compatible platforms; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Accounts and permitted listings
Keep your login details private and provide accurate information. Sellers must have the rights required to sell their products and must disclose regional, license, access, and usage restrictions. Stolen goods, compromised accounts, unlawful content, and misleading listings are prohibited.
Prices and wallet payments
Prices are shown in USD. Check the listing and final quantity before paying. Wallet funding is credited after payment verification. A submitted payment reference alone does not establish receipt of funds. External payment fees, if any, are described in the payment instructions.
Orders and delivery
Instant products are allocated from available inventory after payment. Manual products are delivered by the seller according to their listing. Buyers should inspect delivery before accepting. Acceptance completes the order and releases the seller’s earnings.
Disputes and seller earnings
Buyers can open a dispute while an order is processing or delivered. Funds remain held while a dispute is open. Support may refund the buyer or release the seller’s earnings after reviewing the order. Current seller commission is 10%; withdrawal requests are reviewed separately.
Seller application fee
New applicants must pay a one-time $10 USD store application fee from their available wallet balance using the Store fee tab before submitting an application. Top-up processing fees, if shown, are separate. Payment does not guarantee approval. Already approved stores do not owe the new fee, and paid resubmissions do not trigger a second charge. Contact support for any fee-related issue.
Account moderation
Listings, stores, or accounts may be paused or suspended for misleading information, prohibited goods, or misuse of the marketplace. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights that apply to you.
