Refunds, disputes, and fair review
How to report a delivery problem, what evidence to include, and how HStockHub reviews buyer and seller records.
1. Start with the product listing
Every purchase is governed by the product description, delivery notes, inventory format, seller terms shown before checkout, and applicable law. HStockHub does not apply a single automatic warranty period to every type of digital product.
Important: Crypto transfers cannot usually be reversed on-chain. A marketplace refund, when approved, is handled through the HStockHub order and balance system rather than by reversing the blockchain transaction.
2. When to open a dispute
A dispute may be appropriate when the delivered item is inaccessible at delivery, materially different from the approved listing, incomplete, duplicated, or missing required components described before payment.
Open the order in your buyer dashboard and submit the dispute as soon as you identify the problem. Waiting can make evidence harder to verify.
3. Evidence we may review
- The listing, product attributes, seller notes, and delivery format visible at purchase.
- The order timeline, payment status, assigned inventory, and delivery record.
- Buyer-seller or support conversations stored on HStockHub.
- Screenshots or files that demonstrate the reported issue without exposing unrelated private data.
- Actions taken after delivery that may have changed or invalidated the product.
4. Possible outcomes
Depending on the evidence and product terms, an administrator may keep the case under review, release the held amount to the seller, or approve a buyer refund. An approved buyer refund is credited to the buyer’s HStockHub balance.
A seller may also resolve a problem through an appropriate replacement or correction recorded in the order conversation, when the buyer accepts that outcome.
5. Situations generally not covered
- Using a product in violation of its listing terms, applicable law, or a third-party platform’s rules.
- Buyer changes, loss of credentials, or actions taken after a correct delivery.
- Sending crypto to the wrong address, asset, or blockchain network.
- Preference changes after receiving a product that matches the approved listing.
- Claims that cannot be reasonably verified from the order record or submitted evidence.
6. Top-up and duplicate-payment questions
Balance top-ups require administrator verification. If a transfer is sent but the request remains pending, contact support with the top-up reference, selected network, transaction hash, and payment screenshot. Do not submit the same transaction hash to multiple requests.
