By accessing or using the HStockHub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the site or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

HStockHub is a marketplace for authorized digital goods, including accounts, games, software, subscriptions, AI and cloud products, gift cards, top-ups, and other listing types supported by the catalog.

Third-party sellers are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, transfer rights, inventory, and fulfillment of their listings. Availability can change at any time, and marketplace approval does not waive a buyer’s responsibility to review the listing and applicable third-party rules.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account, order, payment, and support information.
• Use digital products in compliance with applicable law, the listing terms, and relevant third-party platform rules.
• Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, spam, malware, or unauthorized-access activity.
• Protect delivered information and avoid sharing passwords, private inventory, or payment proof publicly.
• Use HStockHub chat and dispute tools honestly and provide evidence that has not been altered.

You are responsible for your use of a product after delivery and for determining whether it is permitted for your intended purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Prices and marketplace balances are displayed in US dollars. Orders can be paid with available HStockHub balance or a configured crypto asset and network. Payment must be verified or the balance order completed before protected inventory is released.

You must send the correct asset to the exact displayed address on the selected network. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Network fees, exchange differences, taxes, and losses caused by an incorrect address or network remain the payer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery, Disputes, and Refunds

Digital inventory is assigned to the buyer through the completed order. Product-specific support terms appear in the listing or seller notes. HStockHub does not promise a universal warranty for every product type.

If delivery is missing, inaccessible at delivery, incomplete, or materially different from the listing, use the order dispute workflow and provide relevant evidence. Approved buyer refunds are credited to HStockHub balance as described in our Purchase Protection Policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The HStockHub name, logo, website design, and all content are the property of HStockHub and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The marketplace and listings are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent third-party platform availability, seller performance beyond the recorded marketplace process, or suitability for a specific use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HStockHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Any marketplace liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HStockHub, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third‑party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the HStockHub operator and transaction, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where permitted, disputes should first be raised through HStockHub support for good-faith resolution.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
